The machine is applied to slitting the roll materials like various plastic film, paper, cellophane and aluminum foil etc...The machine holds good performance like photoelectric tracker, correcting edge deviation automatically, tension controlled, counting while rewinding, meter-counting device presetting meter for automatically stopping etc...The whole machine adopts micro-computer controlled slitting system, with reasonable structure and complete function, operated easily, running smoothly and reliably

1. Horizontal structure, both unwinding and rewinding equipments set at the side.
2. Chassis and wallboard made by cast iron, ensuring stability while it is driving with high speed.

3. The unwinding equipment adopts general shaft and is fixed by taper sleeve in order to be suitable for roll materials, the paper core of which is easy to be transformative.
4. The unwinding equipment adopts automatic photoelectric tracking system for rectification and Taiwan "Futai" photo magic eye.

5. Both upside and underside unwinding equipments adopt air-expansion shaft with pressing roller.
6. The tension of unwinding and rewinding is controlled by magnetic powder respectively

7. Slitter edge guiding pipe and high-power blower blow out slitter edge from the right side.
8. Independent device operating tank, micro-computer control, counting while rewinding, meter-counting device presetting meter for automatically stopping.

9. All aluminum guide rollers adopt highly hardened aluminum from Taiwan.
